INDIVIDUALIZED PLAN
Eligible individual selects option for plan development but must use the agency IPE form. VR Counselor must approve the Plan. Employment outcome selected must be consistent with the individual's strengths, resources, priorities, concerns, abilities, capabilities, interest and informed choice. The Plan must include the services required to achieve the outcome, with start and end dates, responsibilities). Plan must be reviewed at least annually. Copy of Plan and amendments must be given to the individual.
