RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITES
Clients shall be provided opportunities for informed Choice throughout the rehabilitation process. Applicants and eligible individuals who disagree with or are dissatisfied with any decisions or actions taken by their VR counselor may request for review of the decisions or actions taken, within 90-days, through a due process hearing or Mediation prior to hearing, or both.
